SINGLE LINE RESISTANCE(SLR)LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

图片名称

PMG Lubricator

The PMG Lubricator includes a manual pump, which is mainly used in SLR and PRG lubrication systems. The pump consists of an aluminium pump body and piston. A vertical handle drives the piston, removes the oil and discharges the oil process.

MMP Lubricator

The MMP series lubricators include a grease manual pump that can pump grease to friction points directly. The MMP series can also be used in PRG lubrication systems. Two kinds of reservoirs, 0.5L and 1.4L, are available in either plastic or steel. The lubricant range is from 000# to 1#. MMP series grease manual pumps are widely used in tool machinery, textiles machinery and engine machinery.

XHZ Lubricator

The XHZ Lubricator is a combination of a manual pump portion and a solenoid pump portion. The manual pump portion is a spring loaded piston-type lubrication pump. This pump distributes lubricant proportionally through meter units to each point when the handle is operated. The solenoid pump portion is a low-flow spring returned piston pump driven by magnets. It has two outlets and can directly lubricate a lube point. The pump is suitable for a single line resistance system (SLR). The product is mainly used in small machinery such as textile, machine tool, packing and printing machinery, etc.

VB-B Lubricator

The VB-B lubricator includes a manual pump, which is a single-acting piston pump equiped with three different sizes of reservoirs: 1L, 1.6L and 4L. All three are suitable for both SLR and PRG lubrication systems. If pumps with 1.6L and 4L reservoirs are equipped with 4-way, 2-position valves (P.N 63632-3211), they can also be used for dual line centralized lubrication systems.

L,H Series Lubrlcators

The L and H Series Lubricators are a spring return piston pump. Pushing the operating handle down raises a piston and compresses a spring. Releasing the handle discharges oil into the system. Oil viscosity does not affect discharge volume, but may affect system pressure.
